Each spring, CoStar recognizes the top commercial real estate brokerage firms and brokers with the respected Power Broker Award.
As the largest professional research organization serving the commercial real estate industry, CoStar is uniquely positioned to track transactions and identify the top players across the industry. Tallying the commercial real estate sales and lease transactions closed within a year, CoStar presents awards to the firms and individuals who have achieved the highest volumes of sales and leases in over 90 markets across the US and Toronta, Canada.
For 2014, Stream was honored to receive seven awards – including the prestigious recognition of Top Leasing Firm – for the seventh year consecutive in a row. Representing our industrial division, award winners included Jonathan Farris, Vice President of Tenant Representation; Matteson Hamilton, Managing Director of Industrial Leasing; and Jeremy Lumbreras, Senior Associate. For the first time in Stream Houston history, the Retail division made a strong appearance with recognition for over half the team. Retail award winners included Mark Sondock, Managing Director of Retail; Ralph Tullier, Jr., Managing Director of Retail; and Court Richardson, Associate.
In total, the six recipients of CoStar’s 2014 Power Broker Awards were responsible for over 5.3 million square feet of lease transactions, with over 51 acres of land and or property sale transactions.
