Stream Realty Partners represented a growing Dallas-based insurance agency in its lease in a Class A office tower in Las Colinas’ food and retail epicenter.
Clay Paul Insurance Agency recently leased 4,916 square feet of office space in the Las Colinas submarket at Tower 1320 at 1320 Greenway Drive in Irving, Texas. The 243,109-square-foot, 10-story office building offers ample common space, a fitness center, conference facilities, café, tenant lounge, and game room for the ultimate work environment.
Walking distance to MacArthur Boulevard, Tower 1320 is within a mixed-use development that includes two boutique hotels and over 100 restaurants and retailers. The building is easily accessible to State Highway 114, the President George Bush Turnpike, a DART light rail station, and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The development’s proximity to a multifamily housing development adds additional benefit.
Todd Noonan, a Senior Vice President at Stream Dallas, represented the tenant, Clay Paul Insurance Agency. Jeff Wood, Senior Vice President at JLL, represented the landlord, Bridge Commercial Real Estate.
“Tenants are continuing to choose the Las Colinas area due to convenient access to multiple highways and great labor,” said Noonan. “As companies continue to re-evaluate the amenities they need for their employees, office requirements are changing. We are seeing areas like Las Colinas become increasingly more popular with higher-end amenities. We looked extensively to find a premier location that delivered top-of-class amenities, and this area proved to have the best options available.”
