Stream Realty Partners Tapped to Lease Festival Logistics Park
MIAMI – September 29, 2025 – A prominent South Florida site is being reimagined as a next-generation industrial development. Festival Logistics Park, a 474,000-square-foot Class A industrial park developed by Foundry Commercial in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, will soon break ground in Pompano Beach.
