Steve Medwin, SIOR, CCIM, serves as a Managing Director & Executive Vice President in Stream’s South Florida region. With over 30 years of experience, Steve has completed more than 1,000 real estate transactions across 25 states, covering tens of millions of square feet, and totaling over two billion dollars in value.

Experience Highlights

Before joining Stream, Steve co-led Newmark’s Industrial Services Division for South Florida alongside Nick Wigoda, where they built a reputation for delivering innovative and strategic solutions to institutional owners, investors, and occupiers. His expertise encompasses landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, land transactions, corporate build-to-suits, and speculative development. Previously, Steve held leadership roles at JLL and Lincoln Property Company, where he drove growth, managed teams, and executed high-profile deals. His track record, market knowledge, and dedication to client success make him an invaluable addition to Stream’s South Florida industrial team.
