Experience Highlights
Before joining Stream, Nick co-led Newmark’s Industrial Services Division for South Florida alongside Steve Medwin, where they completed over two billion dollars in transactions. Known for his strategic and innovative approach, Nick has consistently delivered tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of industrial clients. Nick’s career highlights include advising a diverse range of institutional clients, including REITs, private equity firms, and corporate occupiers. His expertise spans leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategies for industries such as logistics, manufacturing, aviation, and transportation. Before Newmark, he served as an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he guided clients through complex transactions and growth strategies.
