NorthPoint Development plans to break ground on its industrial project, Foster Commerce Center, in summer 2022—a $230 million investment that is expected to create over 1,000 permanent jobs and bring over $35 million of annual wages to China Grove, which is located 9 miles east of downtown San Antonio.
The development is estimated to create 950 construction jobs that will generate $16.5 million in annual wages. Stream Realty Partners will lease the project. Stream and NorthPoint Development are proud to partner to create a positive impact for the community. Foster Commerce Center is expected to consist of six buildings totaling over 2.2 million square feet. The first phase will include two buildings totaling 650,000 square feet.
