Stream Realty Partners’ office leasing team in Houston recently acquired a new assignment in the heart of the highly sought-after Galleria submarket.
Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, will handle leasing and marketing for 4545 Post Oak Place Drive. 4545 Investment Associates, a Houston-based firm led by Hugh Banon, owns the property. Stream Houston’s leasing team includes Vice President Brian Strait and Senior Associate Adam Ross.
