Stream’s Atlanta office is pleased to announce that its newest Satellite Office will be opening its doors in Savannah, the fourth-largest port in the US, on November 2, 2020.
This cycle, institutional real estate ownership, poured capital into small-town Savannah due to its expanding role in the national supply chain. Our goal for our Savannah Satellite Office is to make this region more operationally approachable for our clients and investors.
Stream’s leasing and management portfolio already includes over ten percent of Savannah’s industrial market. We look forward to growing our footprint by combining an institutional level of service with a local, “boots-on-the-ground” presence in Savannah.
