The Navy League of the United States selects Stream to lease and manage 2300 Wilson Boulevard

WASHINGTON, D.C., October 9, 2017 – Stream Realty Partners (“Stream”), a national commercial real estate services firm, announced Monday its latest partnership with the Navy League of the United States in providing leasing and management services for the Navy League Building at 2300 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Va.

“We are excited to partner with the Navy League to provide best-in-class leasing and management services at its prized asset in the heart of Arlington,” said Stream Managing Partner Kyle Luby. “The Navy League Building will raise the standard of services provided at Class A office buildings in the region. The 213,000-square foot, Class A asset has been home to the Navy League since they developed the building in 2005. The building currently has 36,000 square feet of available space, including the top, 28,000-square foot, full-floor with private terraces available for December 2018 occupancy. The Navy League Building offers tenants a fitness facility and conference center as well as several on-site eating establishments.

Matt Pacinelli, John Hannon, and John Klinke will handle the leasing and marketing while Dorothy Hamilton will lead property management for this Class A building.
