Connor Greissing was recently promoted to Managing Director of the office tenant representation team in Stream Realty Partner’s Austin office. In one of his first actions leading the team, Greissing, 30, recruited another up-and-coming broker, Alex Durham, 28, from Colliers International to serve as senior vice president and partner with him to build the new tenant rep division, as recently reported by the Austin Business Journal.
In the recent article, the Austin Business Journal collects insights from Connor and other Austin partners on the transition and theory behind embracing young talent.
