Michael Gregg to serve as Director of Construction and Entitlements in Greater Los Angeles.
ORANGE COUNTY (Oct. 14, 2020) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced the hiring of Michael Gregg as Director of Construction and Entitlements within the Industrial Development Services Platform. In his new role, Michael will lead the ground-up construction and entitlement aspects of all of Stream’s industrial development services projects across the Greater Los Angeles market. Michael will office out of Stream’s Irvine location.

With over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Michael has managed large scale, complex entitlements including infill mixed-use, coastal master-planned communities, general plan amendments, zone changes, specific plans, and conditional use permits. He has a proven track record of successfully managing all stages of development and has a history of building strong relationships with real estate professionals, consultants, and local agencies.

Michael has led all stages of development including underwriting, project feasibility, due diligence, conceptual design, permitting, CEQA compliance, community and political outreach, and final approvals. He holds affiliations and associations with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Building Industry Association (BIA).
Stream has been an active developer of its industrial platform in the Atlanta, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Houston, and San Antonio markets. With Michael’s focus on the Greater Los Angeles market, he will contribute to the over 9,500,000 square feet of total industrial development under production and in its near-term pipeline. The firm currently has two projects underway in the Inland Empire, including Santa Ana Commerce Center, a 160,000 square foot project developed and managed by Stream on behalf of Cabot Properties, and Alder Commerce Center, a 175,000 square foot project developed, leased and managed by Stream.
