National Head of Industrial Development Services

Cannon Green serves as National Head of Industrial Development Services division covering the Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) and Greater Los Angeles (GLA) markets. Cannon is a Partner in the firm.

Since joining Stream in 2009, Cannon has been recognized by industry leaders such as NAIOP, CoStar, Dallas Business Journal, DCEO Magazine, D Magazine, and others. In 2016, Cannon led the development of the Farmer Brothers Headquarters in Northlake, Texas. This development, a 540,000 square foot $110 million square foot facility containing over 85,000 square feet of corporate office space, was nominated for and won the DCEO Best New Development of 2016. In 2018, another Stream development, International Logistics Center (ILC), won NAIOP’s award for Best Industrial Development of the Year. ILC is a Cabot Properties owned project located on DFW International Airport that is comprised of three buildings totaling 647,000 square feet and fully leased to seven tenants within three months following substantial completion.

Cannon has consistently been named as a top ten producer at Stream and was the companywide top-producer for 2015, 2016, and 2017. During Cannon’s real estate career, he has executed real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion and procured the development of industrial assets with an estimated market value in excess of $500 million.

Prior to a full time commitment to lead Stream’s Industrial Development Services group, Cannon co-lead the DFW industrial division. In this capacity Cannon led operations, business development, strategy and the execution of industrial transactions including project leasing and sales, tenant representation, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Under Cannon’s leadership, the industrial group grew to one of the largest industrial service platforms in the city with a portfolio in excess of 55 million square feet.

Prior to joining Stream, Cannon spent four years with DCT Industrial Trust, a publicly traded REIT, as Regional Director of Leasing where he led the leasing efforts for an industrial portfolio of 27 million square feet located in 11 U.S. cities. Cannon began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company as a development analyst and leasing agent.
