Stream is pleased to announce its Austin office represented ownership, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III, in a 14,082-square-foot lease for the international digital branding company PMG Worldwide LLC at 515 Congress Avenue on the 18th floor of the tower. PMG Worldwide is gaining sought-after signage atop one of the most prominent buildings in downtown Austin. Stream’s Senior Associate Connor Atchley and Managing Director and Partner Brad Philip executed the transaction.
George Popstefanov, CEO of PMG Worldwide, told Austin Business Journal (ABJ) that “…515 Congress’ close proximity to daily needs and conveniences, in addition to its impressive list of on-site amenities, made it the top choice for us to establish ourselves as a leading business partner and employer in Austin.”
The Class A, 26-story tower is centrally located in downtown Austin within walking distance to the Texas State Capitol Building, Austin Convention Center, and Sixth Street Entertainment District, and has been a trademark of the city’s skyline since 1974. It was recently renovated by KBS to include a patio deck, refinished lobby, as well as 12,000 square feet of street-level retail space.
