Professional Experience
Brad Philp is a Managing Director and Partner at Stream Realty Partners with more than 16 years of experience in Austin’s commercial real estate market. He advises clients across project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales, bringing a well-rounded perspective shaped by experience on both the ownership and occupier sides of the business. His approach is strategic, financially driven, and relationship-focused, allowing him to develop creative real estate solutions that align with his clients’ long-term business objectives.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining Stream, he began his career with Forestar Group in a development role, providing him with a developer’s perspective that continues to influence his advisory work today.
Throughout his career, Brad has completed more than 14 million square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $2.1 billion. His consistent performance and market leadership have earned him repeated recognition on the Austin Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” list.
An active leader in the Austin commercial real estate community, Brad is involved with organizations including RECA, ACRES, and the Commercial Brokers Association. He previously served as President of the Board of Directors for Travis County MUD No. 16 and as a board member of Casner Christian Academy.
An Eagle Scout and lifelong outdoorsman, Brad lives in Austin with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his children’s activities, and remaining actively involved in the local community.
