WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 3, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has welcomed Joe Reilly as Regional Managing Director of Property Management, based in its Washington, D.C. office.
Reilly brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a multi-faceted background spanning property management, leasing, asset management, acquisitions, and development. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Director of Property Management and Asset Services at Akridge, where he was responsible for the overall management, performance, and operations of the firm’s commercial office portfolio.
In his new role, Reilly will work alongside Dennis Skelly, National Managing Director of Property Management, and Kyle Luby, Executive Managing Director & Partner overseeing the Washington, D.C. metro area, to lead Stream’s Property Management platform across the region. He will oversee a portfolio of office and select industrial assets totaling over 10 million square feet.

Reilly is actively involved in the industry and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan Washington, where he also chairs the Sustainability Committee. He was appointed by Mayor Muriel Bowser to the Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) Task Force, and he is a Licensed Property Manager in D.C., a LEED Green Associate, and a WELL Accredited Professional.
