Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the exclusive property management of a Texas asset totaling 1.8 million square feet.
Dallas—Lakeside Trade Center recently named Stream Realty Partners the exclusive property manager for the four-building complex. Totaling 1.8 million square feet of rentable space, Lakeside Trade Center currently has nine tenants and is located at F.M. 2499 and Enterprise Drive in Flower Mound.
Lakeside Trade Center is owned by Clarion Partners, on behalf of a commingled fund. The portfolio is situated in close proximity to DFW International Airport. The property’s tenant base comprises BFS Services Inc., Integrity Retail Distribution, LG Hausys America Inc., Nature’s Best and T & L Holding Corp.
“With the strategic location of these property assets in an area of strong demand and labor base, our property management team is dedicated to enhancing property value through all aspects of property operations including tenant relations, building enhancement programs, strategic planning and financial reporting,” Christy Means, managing director of property management at Stream Realty Partners, said in prepared remarks.
Stream’s property management team in charge of the project includes Tara Elmasri, Sara Baker, Ross Hurt and Alex Alarcon. The company’s accounting team, which includes Hanh Nguyen, Ashika Patel and Dov Clayton, will handle the management and accounting for the Class A complex.
