The property’s low mill levy of 113 mills provides a cost advantage for tenants, while the forthcoming Picadilly Interchange will offer immediate access to Interstate 70, enhancing connectivity to the region’s major transportation corridors. Picadilly Crossing is also located less than 15 minutes from Denver International Airport, making it an ideal location for distribution, e-commerce, and manufacturing users serving the Rocky Mountain region.
