WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 16, 2020 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, today announced that it has been engaged to provide leasing services for two trophy buildings in downtown Washington, DC: 1601 K Street, a 217,000 square-foot office building, and Lafayette Tower, a 245,000 square-foot office building. Stream’s Managing Partner Kyle Luby, Executive Vice President Andy Eichberg, Managing Director Matt Pacinelli and Senior Vice President Josh Kreider will lead the leasing and marketing efforts.

Lafayette Tower, located at 801 17th Street, is an 11-story trophy office building designed by internationally renowned architect Kevin Roche. It is the first office building in Washington, D.C. to achieve LEED Core and Shell Platinum certification and features a floor-to-ceiling, ultra-clear glass facade. With its proximity to the White House and Lafayette Square, the building has one of D.C.’s most iconic rooftop terraces with fabulous views of the White House and Washington Monument.
