TAMPA, FL – May 21, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the addition of K.C. Tenukas as Executive Vice President in its Tampa office.
Tenukas brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Stream, with a strong focus on office tenant representation. In his new role, he will work alongside Gary Godsey, Executive Managing Director of Stream’s Tampa office, to expand the firm’s presence across Florida and support clients with tailored strategies that extend throughout the state and across key markets nationwide.

Before joining Stream, Tenukas served as Senior Vice President at CBRE for over six years. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 13 million square feet of lease transactions, including some of the Tampa Bay region’s most prominent office projects. His background spans tenant representation, agency leasing, ground-up mixed-use developments, multi-market portfolio strategies, and advisory roles for institutional investors and developers.
