ATLANTA – September 11, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of end-to-end services, has recruited four commercial real estate veterans from two prominent global firms to establish an occupier services team in Atlanta.
Joining the team are Managing Directors John Winter and Jeff Heller, Executive Vice President LJ Wilhelmi, and Vice President Kristen Stigler, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from leading commercial real estate firms. These industry leaders will work alongside Executive Managing Director and Partner Simon Arpiarian to expand Stream’s services platform and strengthen its brand presence in the Atlanta market.

Winter steps into the role of Managing Director at Stream. With over 20 years of experience in tenant representation and consulting, most recently as an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, he brings a proven track record of leading complex transactions on behalf of many of Atlanta’s leading law firms and professional services companies. In his new role at Stream, he will continue to focus on tenant representation while working alongside Heller to lead and grow the firm’s occupier services business.
Heller, also appointed Managing Director, brings an impressive background in tenant representation. With nearly two decades of experience at JLL, where he specialized as a Managing Director in tenant advisory services, Heller is known for his strategic insight and dedication to client service.
Wilhelmi, taking on the position of Executive Vice President, brings a distinguished 17-year career from JLL, where he excelled in the management of multi-location portfolios. In addition to traditional tenant representation brokerage services, Wilhelmi has a proven ability to optimize real estate assets for local, national, and international companies through data-driven strategies.
Stigler joins as Vice President, having focused her career at JLL on aligning clients’ real estate strategies with their business objectives. With nearly a decade of industry experience, Stigler is dedicated to helping companies achieve their growth goals through strategic real estate planning.
