Doubling down on the Northern Virginia office market, Stream Realty Partners has hired a commercial real estate broker with a diverse professional background.
Ashley Elkin joins Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, as a Vice President. She will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation. Elkin comes to Stream Northern Virginia from Beyond20, where she served as a Project Manager for the accelerator that combines IT professional development and software development to help government and commercial clients reach their goals. She will work alongside a seasoned team of office leasing professionals led by Co-Managing Directors Jeff Roman and Erik McLaughlin.

Elkin had worked with Roman and McLaughlin at CBRE before moving to Savills North America as an Assistant Director. Her expertise includes sales and leasing brokerage, land development for commercial and residential uses, agency leasing, project management, and construction. She is credited with helping Expedia streamline its leased real estate portfolio, improving operational efficiencies and allowing significant cost savings.
“Ashley is a real estate unicorn – a certified project management professional with a degree in electrical engineering and over 15 years of experience doing agency leasing and tenant representation,” McLaughlin said. “She brings a unique set of skills that are very hard to find. Elkin is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She also is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and CoreNet Global, the non-profit corporate real estate association.
Stream Northern Virginia serves an office portfolio of more than 7.6 million square feet. The firm expanded into the market in September 2021, with real estate veteran Anthony Chang leading the office.
