MIAMI – June 21, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the addition of Corina Ocanto as Vice President of Workplace Strategy. Ocanto will be based in Stream’s Miami office, bolstering the firm’s presence in Florida and supporting clients nationwide.
Reporting to Greg Katz, Executive Managing Director of Stream Florida, Ocanto will work closely with Jayme Schutt, Senior Vice President of Workplace Strategy, who serves as the national workplace lead for Stream, and Shay Pope, head of Tenant Advisory for South Florida and member of the national Tenant Advisory leadership committee. Ocanto will be responsible for driving thought leadership and supporting team members in delivering innovative workplace solutions for local and national occupiers.
“Corina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in workplace optimization and change management,” said Pope. “Her background and innovative approach will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate the evolving landscape of workplace strategy, particularly as companies seek to balance remote, hybrid, and in-person experiences and employee engagement.”
Prior to joining Stream, Ocanto was a Workplace Consultant and Design Strategist at Gensler, the world’s largest design and architecture firm, where she served high-profile clients such as HSBC for its new U.S. Headquarters, BNP Paribas, and a global AM100 law firm, among others. On behalf of her clients, Ocanto performs comprehensive assessments that provide insights to support impactful workspaces that help attract and retain talent, identify opportunities to gain space efficiencies and occupancy cost reductions, and provide industry best practices for return-to-work policies.
