The Dallas-based, Hispanic-owned architectural firm has maintained its position among Dallas Business Journals’ Top 25 North Dallas Architectural Firms for the past two decades. The lease, spanning 10,491 square feet, was successfully secured at the prestigious Oilwell Supply Building.

The Oilwell Supply Building, a five-story office property spanning 73,384 square feet, has been a cornerstone of Dallas’ architectural heritage since its construction in 1923. Originally serving as offices and warehouse space for the Oilwell Supply Company, the building underwent significant renovations in 1999 and 2023 while maintaining its original exterior charm.
GSR Andrade Architects has elected to make the Oilwell Supply Building its new home, relocating from Exposition Park after 25 years. This strategic move better aligns with GSR Andrade’s vision for its office culture and enhances accessibility for clients within the vibrant West End neighborhood.
