CHARLOTTE, NC (December 2, 2020) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, announced today the hiring of Jared Londry as Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Leader in Stream’s Charlotte office. In this capacity, Londry will be responsible for growing the company’s real estate service offerings including capitalization efforts for strategic clients, development, investment sales, portfolio analysis, and property management across all product types in Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Columbia, Charleston, and Greenville markets. Londry brings proven investment sales expertise and relationship-building acumen from his recent position in Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte office.

“We’re thrilled that Jared has joined the Stream team here in Charlotte,” said Daniel Farrar, Managing Partner of Stream’s Charlotte office. “His unrelenting drive for delivering successful outcomes for his clients, passion for understanding market dynamics and commitment to bettering his local community fit perfectly into our culture and values. We couldn’t be happier to welcome him to the Stream family.”

Londry brings a wealth of industry knowledge and demonstrates an exceptional track record of success and leadership within the greater Charlotte real estate market. Throughout his tenure in commercial real estate, Londry has represented some of the largest institutional investors in North Carolina, having completed nearly three billion dollars of investment property transactions.

“I’m looking forward to leveraging my strategic, client-centric background to support Stream’s growth initiatives in expanding market share in Charlotte and beyond,” said Jared Londry, Executive Managing Director of Stream. “I was drawn to the firm’s dynamic platform and various verticals beyond the services business that can be used to help our clients grow in a capacity that didn’t exist to me before, and I’m confident that the combination of those components, along with my diverse industry background, will help fulfill Stream’s business goals.”

Prior to joining Stream, Londry served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in the disposition of office, adaptive re-use, and mixed-use assets across the sunbelt for both institutional and private investors. Londry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance at North Carolina State University and then went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
