Stream Realty Partners has hired Demian Salmon to help lead its new land division as a senior vice president.
In his new role, Salmon will oversee the direction and expansion of Streams’ land brokerage business in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Salmon brings 20 years of industry experience to the firm. Previously, he served as the director of commercial transactions for Craig Ranch. He has also held positions at Panattoni Development and Jackson-Shaw.
Over the course of his career, Salmon has completed more than $200 million of commercial development throughout the southern U.S. and more than $105 million in commercial land transactions.
