Stream Realty Partners (Stream) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Adams to Managing Director within Stream’s Greater Los Angeles Transactions Specialist Group. In his new role, Adams will focus on strengthening relationships with private owners of office, medical and flex space across Southern California as he builds out his team across the region.
During Adams’ 12 years at Stream, he has consistently delivered exemplary service for both investor and occupier clients—consistently recognized as a top producer Stream’s Greater Los Angeles office and named as the top producer from 2010 to 2013 and 2015 to 2018.

- The sale of Saddleback Professional Center on behalf of Miramar Capital, the largest single building transaction in South County year-to-date at 73,000 RSF
- The sale of 12.65 acres of replacement open space in the City of Mission Viejo on behalf of Saddleback Valley Community Church
- The sale of 26051 Acero in Mission Viejo, the only 10,000 to 20,000 RSF office trade in South County year-to-date, on behalf of Easterly Government Properties
