PerLectric Selects Chantilly, Virginia Site for New Headquarters Location
TYSONS, VA – August 21, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, is pleased to announce that 28 South Distribution, a state-of-the-art industrial development located at 14650 Willard Road in Chantilly, Virginia, is fully pre-leased following its groundbreaking in August 2025. The 73,540-square-foot building has been fully secured by PerLectric, Inc., which will establish its headquarters at the site.
PerLectric, a leading electrical contractor serving the D.C. Metro area, will occupy the entire building at 28 South Distribution upon its delivery in Summer 2026. The company’s commitment underscores the strength of the Dulles South/Route 28 South submarket, one of Northern Virginia’s tightest, boasting a historically low vacancy rate.

28 South Distribution is being developed by TSC Realty Services and The Wills Companies, two established leaders in delivering high-quality industrial projects across the region.
