Professional Experience
Caulley Deringer serves as a Managing Director in Stream’s Northern Virginia office. He specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial, and office properties in the Northern Virginia market with representation of both landlords/tenants and buyers/sellers.
Prior to joining Stream, Caulley was at Transwestern for more than 30 years where he ultimately served as an Executive Vice President. During his time there, he leased and sold in excess of 33 million-square-feet throughout Northern Virginia. Additionally, he executed more than 4,100 transactions aggregating more than $5.8 billion.
