K.E.E.P. Award Winner: Stream’s Venita Lee wins award for Arch Square

AOBA selected Stream’s Arch Square building as the overall winner for the 2019 K.E.E.P. Award. Venita Lee manages the property located at 803 7th Street, NW in Washington DC.

“The Stream Realty Partners team excelled in 2018,” said Joel Gininger, Area Vice President for Securitas, lead sponsor of the award, in presenting it to Venita Lee. A contest judge said, “Emergency readiness is their middle name when it comes to community engagement and preparedness programs. They have set up both their team and their tenants for success.”

The Knowledge and Excellence in Emergency Preparedness (K.E.E.P.) Awards, developed by AOBA’s Emergency Preparedness Committee and launched in 2016, salute impressive strides in preparing for crises. The K.E.E.P. awards program is designed to encourage AOBA-member office building property management teams to have effective emergency plans in place, and the awards recognize leaders in this critical arena.

Engineer of the Year Award: Stream’s Elizabeth Fiore receives honorable mention

Each year, commercial building colleagues nominate their building engineers (Chief/Lead or Maintenance Engineer) who they think deserve to be recognized for the outstanding work operating and monitoring the technical services in their tenant’s buildings. This year, Stream’s Elizabeth Fiore received honorable mention for her work in 2019.
