Professional Experience
Kenneth Hartmann joined Stream in 2017 and is now a Vice President for San Antonio’s Investment Sales Group. Kenneth’s primary role is to grow Stream’s office and industrial investment sales platform and serve our current client’s needs in the transaction of their investments. In addition to growing the investment sales platform, Kenneth has managed the acquisition and disposition of assets in principal positions, shepherding projects through the investment life cycle to maximize returns. Other responsibilities include leasing office and industrial assets, tenant representation, and land acquisition and disposition. Since joining Stream, Kenneth has been responsible for closing over 1.5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions totaling more than $250 million.
Prior to Stream, Kenneth worked in Marcus & Millichap’s San Antonio office, specializing in office and industrial investment sales in the Central and South Texas markets. Before moving to commercial real estate brokerage, Kenneth began his professional career as an event manager with Spurs Sports and Entertainment, where he was responsible for ensuring safe and profitable operations during major in-arena and outdoor sports and entertainment events.
