Professional Experience
Abraham McLaurin is a Development Analyst with the Development Services division in Stream’s Dallas office. In this role, Abraham supports the execution of industrial and office developments across Texas, the Midwest, and the Northeast. His responsibilities include financial modeling, market analysis, underwriting, due diligence coordination, and assisting with pre‑development and construction oversight.
Prior to joining Stream, Abraham was a managing partner at SynerGen Partners, an investment platform focused on logistics infrastructure and industrial outdoor storage. In this role, he led market selection, site underwriting, and operational due diligence for acquisition and development strategies across the Southeast. His experience includes building operating and real estate financial models, negotiating transaction documents, and drafting investment research covering institutional IOS strategies, freight corridor optimization, and OpCo/PropCo structures.
Before SynerGen, Abraham worked as an Associate with Allan Bailey Johnson Group, where he represented office and industrial tenants and supported investment advisory assignments. Earlier in his career, he served as an investment‑focused Realtor with Reafco Real Estate, closing more than 29 transactions and managing a multifamily portfolio in Columbus, Ohio.
With more than five years of real estate experience across brokerage, underwriting, and development, Abraham brings a detail‑oriented, analytical, and entrepreneurial approach to every assignment.

- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate, The Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business
