Adam Jones is Senior Vice President of industrial services in Stream’s Dallas office, where he leads the growth and execution of all facets of the industrial platform, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. He plays a key role in cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with occupiers, investors, and developers across the region.
Over the course of his 10-year career, Adam has established himself as a trusted East Dallas/Fort Worth market expert, consistently advising clients through complex real estate decisions in one of the most competitive and dynamic industrial markets in the country. His occupier services platform has been instrumental in helping businesses of all sizes—from regional operators to Fortune 500 companies—implement tailored strategies to optimize their industrial footprints.
Adam’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including logistics, manufacturing, food and beverage, and e-commerce.
