Professional Experience
Adam Ross currently serves as Vice President for the Houston Office Division at Stream. Adam is responsible for leasing 2.5 million square feet of office space citywide with responsibilities including project leasing and sourcing and underwriting and structuring strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients.
Adam possesses over 20 years of experience with a vast track record of commercial real estate, which includes office and land brokerage, property acquistition, development, right-of-way acquistition, condemnation and financial valuation. Prior to joining Stream, Adam served as the Manager of Land & Projects for Plains All-American, an S&P 500 Company, where he was responsible for implementing and managing capital projects.
Prior to Plains, Adam was active in the agency leasing business in Houston with Transwestern. Throughout his career he has represented, and currently represents, many of the city’s most iconic office towers and premier developments.
Currently, Adam serves on the board of the Will Erwin Headache Research Foundation. He spent nine years as the President of the Highland Village Civic Club. Adam is actively involved in the Children’s Ministries at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and in coaching the United Church Athletic League.
