Professional Experience
Adrian Boone II started at Stream Chicago in 2023. Currently a Vice President, he undertakes critical responsibilities in transaction management and drives client acquisition and business development efforts for office and industrial tenant representation.
Adrian was also a participant in the Urban Land Institute/Project REAP (The Real Estate Associate Program) in Chicago, where he completed the program as a REAP Fellow. This program furnished him with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, encompassing finance, analysis, underwriting, and development.
Having originally hailed from the San Francisco Bay Area, Adrian strategically relocated to Chicago in 2019 to fortify his professional trajectory.
