Professional Experience
Albert J. Spiers is a Vice President with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Albert represents office tenants and advises clients on lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and expansions across the Houston market. His focus includes navigating complex lease structures, identifying market opportunities, and developing strategic solutions that maximize savings and minimize occupancy costs.
Prior to joining Stream, Albert served as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and previously held roles at Newmark, CBRE, and Hines, where he gained experience across leasing, investment sales, and capital markets. At Newmark, he specialized as a leasing and investment sales broker on the firm’s national platform, and at CBRE, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst within the Capital Markets group. Early in his career, he focused on REIT investment portfolios at Hines.
With more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Albert has completed numerous transactions across a variety of asset types, leveraging his background in finance and capital markets to deliver data-driven outcomes for his clients.
