Professional Experience
Alex Durham is a Managing Director with the Office Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Carolinas office. In this role, Alex represents corporate office users across the Carolinas, advising clients on real estate strategies that align with their cultural, operational, and financial objectives. Alex’s focus includes headquarters relocations, acquisitions and dispositions, lease restructures, portfolio optimization, and other complex real estate transactions.
Prior to rejoining Stream, Alex served as an Executive Vice President at JLL in Charlotte, specializing in corporate office tenant representation. Earlier in his career, Alex spent three years with Stream in Austin, where he advised growth technology companies, law firms, and private equity groups on their real estate strategies. With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Alex has advised clients on more than 450 transactions exceeding $1 billion in value.
