Alex joined Stream in 2020 as Senior Vice President in the tenant representation division. Alex’s expertise focuses on advising businesses on real estate transactions that are aligned with their strategic, financial, cultural, and operational objectives. He has worked over 150 unique transactions totaling more than $400M in value and spanning a wide variety of industries, including publicly traded companies, PE backed technology companies, prominent Austin law firms, VC funded startups, non-profits, and professional services companies.

Alex began his real estate career in Austin as an Associate at JLL. Prior to Stream, he held a Vice President role at Colliers International. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a BA in History after spending two years playing collegiate tennis at Ole Miss.

In his personal time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, daughter Caroline, and Australian Shepherd, Annie.
