Allison is a strategic and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
With more than 25 years of experience, her expertise lies in developing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices. Throughout her career, she has successfully sourced, attracted, and retained top talent across various industries and geographies, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations she served.
Prior to joining Stream, Allison led corporate talent acquisition teams for ADI Global Distribution, RealPage, Commercial Metals Company and worked in professional services for Korn Ferry.
