Professional Experience
Amanda Hersztek is a commercial property management professional with the Property Management division in Stream’s Austin market. In this role, Amanda oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of commercial real estate assets while building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Amanda’s focus includes property operations, lease administration, budgeting, tenant relations, capital improvement projects, vendor management, construction coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Stream, Amanda worked in property management for well-known commercial real estate management companies, managing a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and business park properties. She brings extensive experience in tenant improvements, property transitions, cross-functional team coordination, and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency and the tenant experience. Amanda is known for her proactive communication style, attention to detail, collaborative leadership, and solutions-oriented approach.
