Amanda Hersztek is a Property Manager with the Commercial Property Management division in Stream’s Austin office. In this role, Amanda represents property owners by overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and business park properties. Her responsibilities include managing property operations, tenant and vendor relationships, lease administration, capital improvement projects, budgeting, and construction coordination.
Prior to joining Stream, Amanda held property management roles with leading commercial real estate firms, where she managed a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and business park assets.
