Professional Experience
Amber Brown is a Vice President with the Property Management division in Stream’s Austin location. In her role, Amber represents AFIAA and oversees the Pecan Street portfolio. Her expertise includes construction management for building renovations and tenant finish projects, client success management, as well as extensive accounting experience to ensure operational efficiency.
Amber has over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Prior to joining Stream, Amber worked with TIG Real Estate Services for over 11 years, assisting in both their Austin and Dallas offices. She led the Austin Property Management team along with overseeing management and operations of over 1 million square feet of office and retail properties. Amber’s experience also includes several years managing office and retail space for Weitzman in Austin.
Amber is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and has her Certified Property Manager designation (CPM). She actively contributes to the industry by serving on the IREM Austin Board and chairing committees.
