Amber Resnick serves as a Senior Property Manager in Stream’s South Florida office. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, she specializes in managing Class A industrial properties. Amber currently oversees the full fiscal and operational management of several properties totaling 1.5 million square feet in the Miami market.
She is highly skilled in tenant engagement and retention, lease administration, project management, vendor and administrative team oversight, contract negotiation, maintenance, and budget development and implementation, including comprehensive financial reporting to owners and investors. Amber is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to tenants, investors, and colleagues. Her experience also includes collaborating with city officials, vendors, contractors, business owners, and management teams.
