Professional Experience
Amy Neyrey is a Senior Property Manager for Stream Houston. Amy currently manages 2200 Post Oak Boulevard, a premier 22-story Class A high rise office building in the Galleria area. With a decade of industry experience, she brings a deep understanding of property management and tenant relations. Amy began her career with Stream in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and steadily advanced though the ranks, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Throughout her tenure, she has successfully managed numerous capital and tenant improvement projects, enhancing building value and tenant satisfaction.
Amy is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she currently serves on the Houston Board of Directors contributing to the advancement of industry standards and professional development.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two dogs.
