Amy Quinlan

Amy Quinlan serves as Senior Property Manager within Stream Houston’s industrial portfolio. In this role, she is responsible for leading a team of professionals managing a combined portfolio of over 7 million square feet of industrial buildings in addition to direct management of a portfolio of properties. Amy’s primary focus is providing the best-in-class service to her clients, ensuring compliance with management agreements, and achieving owner objectives by maintaining physical property appearance, developing strong tenant and vendor relationships, and delivering strong financial results through effective budgeting, expense control and monthly reporting.

Prior to joining Stream, Amy worked as a Facility Manager with CBRE. She has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience managing office and industrial buildings in both third-party and owner managed capacities. Amy also successfully managed LEED Existing Building/Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) certification and subsequent 5-year renewal for an office property in 2013 and 2018.
