Professional Experience
Andrea Johnson is an Associate Director in Stream’s Austin market. In this role, Andrea oversees the management operations at 111 Congress, a Class-A luxury high-rise office property located in downtown Austin. Her professional focus centers on fostering client relationships, enhancing asset performance through NOI growth strategies, and managing large, cross-functional teams.
Andrea joined Stream in 2023, bringing more than a decade of experience across both commercial and multifamily real estate sectors. She possesses extensive expertise in the management of Class-A high-rise, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets. She has worked with notable clients, including Canyon Creek, based in Fort Worth, TX. She holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Tidewater Community College and a ProChef Certification in Global Cuisine and Culture from the Culinary Institute of America. In 2026, Andrea became a CPM candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and plans to complete her Certified Property Manager designation by year-end.
