Professional Experience
Andrea Johnson is a Senior Property Manager in Stream’s Austin market. In this role, Andrea oversees the management operations at The Stratum, a Class-A suburban office property located in north Austin. Her professional focus centers on fostering client relationships, enhancing asset performance through NOI growth strategies, and managing large, cross-functional teams.
Andrea joined Stream in 2023, bringing more than a decade of experience across both commercial and multifamily real estate sectors. She possesses extensive expertise in the management of Class-A high-rise, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets. She has worked with notable clients, including Treeview Real Estate Advisors in Los Angeles and Nuveen Real Estate in Austin.
She holds an associate degree in Culinary Arts from Tidewater Community College and a ProChef Certification in Global Cuisine and Culture from the Culinary Institute of America. In 2026, Andrea became a CPM candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and plans to complete her Certified Property Manager designation by year-end.
