Professional Experience
Andrea Merrill is a Senior Marketing Director at Stream Realty Partners, where she leads strategic marketing across our west and southeast markets. She partners with brokerage and business leaders to develop integrated marketing strategies that strengthen client relationships, accelerate business development, and elevate Stream’s brand across key markets.
Andrea brings more than a decade of experience leading high-performing marketing organizations with expertise spanning brand strategy, demand generation, marketing operations, revenue strategy, digital experience, and organizational transformation. She is known for building scalable marketing programs that align closely with business objectives, combining strategic planning with operational excellence to deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining Stream, Andrea served as Vice President of Marketing at New Western, where she led marketing strategy and operations across a seven-brand portfolio. During her tenure, she transformed the marketing organization into a centralized internal agency, launched multiple new brands, implemented enterprise marketing technologies, and led initiatives that generated significant revenue growth while improving marketing efficiency and customer acquisition performance. Earlier in her career, Andrea held progressive leadership roles in digital marketing, marketing operations, and agency strategy, advising both B2B and B2C organizations on brand growth, customer experience, and performance marketing.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and Enterprise Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
