Professional Experience
Andrew Fletcher joined Stream in 2023 as a Senior Associate. He is responsible for helping grow the firm’s market share in the Nashville area, with a focus on investment sales and landlord representation.
Prior to joining Stream, Andrew was responsible for the industrial development and acquisitions efforts for CA South, one of Nashville’s top real estate developers. After graduating college, Andrew worked for Lone Star Funds and Black Creek Group in New York City, where his duties included portfolio management, asset management, and acquisitions across all asset classes. Andrew is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a member of NAIOP.
