Andrew joined Stream in 2025, and in his role as the IT Help Desk Manager, his focus is to create reliable, user-friendly technology experiences that empower teams to do their best work. With an extensive career in IT, Andrew is passionate about building efficient support processes, fostering collaborative team environments, and making technology approachable for everyone. Andrew’s objective is to ensure that every Stream employee receives the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive, while also continuously improving Stream’s IT Help Desk operations to keep pace with Stream’s growth.
