Professional Experience
Andrew joined Stream Realty Partners in April 2022 as a Development Associate for the Industrial Development Team in Southern California. He specializes in land acquisitions and opportunities for new and existing industrial facilities, working closely with local teams through the complex entitlement process for new assets. Andrew’s responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Stream, Andrew was a Valuation Associate for NPV Advisors. In this role, Andrew worked on appraising, underwriting, and analyzing multiple asset types, including industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and office, overseeing more than two million square feet of industrial-focused valuations in Salt Lake City and Southern California.
