Professional Experience
Angel Bautista joined Stream’s Southern California office in July 2025 to work with the Swanson Apartment Team. Angel grew up in an experienced real estate family, primarily focused on the single-family sector. He attended Servite High School in Anaheim, CA, where he played football and track & field and served as President of Campus Life. After a year at Orange Coast College, he transferred to the University of Southern California to pursue a B.S. in Real Estate Development. During his time at USC, Angel was active in multiple student organizations, including the Trojan Real Estate Association and Sigma Chi Fraternity.
He obtained his real estate license in 2024 and began his career at Institutional Asset Advisors in Pasadena—a Keller Williams Commercial National Brokerage—where he marketed listings across the country, primarily in Dallas–Fort Worth, Phoenix, and Atlanta. Angel completed his undergraduate coursework in 2025 and plans to continue his career in Multifamily Investment Sales.
In his free time, Angel enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, traveling, golfing, cooking, and attending sporting events.
