Professional Experience
Anne Schmeissing is a Property Manager with the Management Services division in Stream’s Chicago market. In this role, Anne will oversee a 500,000 SF office building in the heart of Chicago’s Loop. Prior to joining Stream, Anne worked as a General Manager for Glenstar, managing a 500,000 SF office park situated on 50 acres of landscaped grounds in an exclusive village on Chicago’s prestigious North Shore. In addition, she worked as an Assistant General Manager at JLL at a high profile downtown Chicago office property of just under 900,000 SF. With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience and a Masters Degree in Real Estate, combined with a strong passion for office property management, Anne is able to successfully run the management, financial, and operational performance of her assigned asset.
